BOLD Team Lead
Nick is a devoted dad, husband, and co-owner of Harte Construction. Growing up in the East Valley, he spent summers with extended family in the White Mountains. With millions in real estate transactions under his belt, Nick approaches his work as a Realtor with integrity and wisdom. As his client base continued to expand, he felt it was time to launch Bold. When he’s not working, you can find Nick enjoying time on the water or exploring the mountains with his family.
Listing Specialist
Greg is a dedicated dad, husband, and co-owner of Reverie Creative Agency as well as S.D. Property Management. After completing graduate school, he spent 15 years in the classroom while simultaneously building a real estate portfolio by hand. The patience and leadership skills he honed as an educator serve him well in guiding clients through the process. With a strong background in investing and development, As a Realtor Greg helps buyers and sellers see the bigger picture and position themselves for long-term success. When he’s not working, you can find him on the jiu-jitsu mats or enjoying time with his wife and two kids.
Transaction Coordinator
Suzanne relocated to Arizona from the NE (Go Pats!) in 2010 with her husband, Bill. She said she has had enough snow for a lifetime. Here in Arizona she embarked on a new career in real estate in early 2011 she found her niche in transaction management. Prior to real estate Suzanne was in the insurance industry for many years. She has three children and five grandchildren all still living in MA. Her interests consist of family, church and many friends. She enjoys cooking, walking, camping, and just loves the ocean and life in general.
Financing Consultant
Kirsten H. is a production manager for our preferred lender and serves Bold as our financing consultant to support the mission of helping people achieve the milestone of home ownership. Outside of work, Kirsten embraces an active lifestyle, whether tending to her garden, exploring hiking trails, or baking her signature sourdough bread. She enjoys quality time with her family, balancing professional excellence with a fulfilling personal life.
Marketing Director
Kirsten J. is the Marketing Director for Bold, where she passionately collaborates with our clients to create impactful and beautiful materials for your home. She embodies unique gift for blending artistry and analytics. In her personal life, Kirsten enjoys flipping furniture, over-consuming dark chocolate chips, and spending time with her daughter sam loves soaking up the sunshine, and enjoys morning walks. For Kirsten, honesty, hard work, kindness, professionalism, and delivering exceptional quality are essential values.
Preferred Lender
NMLS #197472 Aaron Payne, Branch Manager at Payne Walker Collective, brings nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry to help clients navigate the complexities of home financing. Focused on improving efficiency, expanding loan options, and driving growth, Aaron is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their financial goals and building lasting relationships through coaching and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching a girls’ volleyball team, and relaxing with golf and beach getaways.
